Main Navigation

  • Library: Manage vocabularies, videos, annotations, and documents.
  • Annotation: Access projects and pipelines for data annotation.
  • Training: Train AI models on grounded annotations.
  • Import/Export: Manage dataset imports and exports.

Switching Workspaces

  • Click the Workspace name (the top-left corner)
  • Select the workspace you want to enter.

Managing Users and Roles

Creating a new user account

To create a new user account, please contact us.


Adding Users to a Workspace

  1. Click the Workspace name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Manage Workspaces.
  3. Choose the workspace and click Add User.
  4. Enter the user’s email and assign a role. See User Roles.

Adding Users to a Project

  1. Open the project.
  2. Go to the Users tab.
  3. Click Add User, enter or select their email, and assign a role. See User Roles.

Note: Only admins can add or remove users from workspaces or projects.


User Roles

Role Description
Admin Full permissions: manage users, create and delete pipelines.
Member Can annotate, correct, and view videos and annotations.
Viewer Read-only access: can view videos and annotations.
